More about me, Rachel White

Sports dietitian based in Bristol

My journey began with a degree in biology, but it wasn’t long before I found myself drawn to sports and nutrition because of my own love for being active and cooking healthy meals. That’s when I knew I had to pursue a career as a fully qualified sports dietitian and nutritionist.

I dedicate part of my time to supporting cancer patients on their road to recovery through my work with the NHS.

I’m also deeply engaged as a performance nutritionist at the University of the West of England, where I empower performance athletes to achieve their peak performance through optimal nutrition strategies.

People deserve access to reliable health information.

That’s why I’m consistently eager to expand my knowledge and expertise, knowing that each piece of information I acquire can make a difference in someone’s life.
