Rachel White, Sports Dietitian in Bristol

…a life where you’re consistently energised for both work and play.

Improving your connection with food so you understand how it helps you.

Winning in sports competitions with proper nutrition, not just supplements.

Exercising, playing sports, and travelling without getting tired easily.

Achieving attainable and sustainable weight management.

Managing your health condition proactively through the help of expert advice.

With the right guidance, these changes can become your reality

As a registered sports dietitian in Bristol, I’m here to help you achieve better health so you can pursue your ideal lifestyle.

And the best part is that, although I’m based in Bristol, I work online or can travel, depending on your location and preferences.

Dietitian vs Nutritionist

Let’s clear the confusion: both dietitians and nutritionists are professionals who help people eat healthily. However, only registered dietitians have the credentials and expertise to provide evidence-based guidance.

When you work with a registered dietitian like me, you get support grounded in science.

My Mission

As someone who enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle, I have a very strong mission:

To help sports, exercise, and travel enthusiasts like you to optimise their health through proper nutrition.

As a sports dietitian in Bristol, I’m here to empower you in your pursuit of an exciting and adventurous life.

I also guide people who are having trouble managing their weight and health conditions. There are no such things as effective crash diets and miracle fixes. I offer sensible and realistic support that will benefit you long-term.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated by all the conflicting advice out there, you’re in the right place. I’m here to provide you with trustworthy, evidence-based guidance that you can rely on.

Building healthy habits takes time, so we’re going to work together to find a sustainable, long-term solution that works for you.

More about me, Rachel White

Sports dietitian based in Bristol

My journey began with a degree in biology, but it wasn’t long before I found myself drawn to sports and nutrition because of my own love for being active and cooking healthy meals. That’s when I knew I had to pursue a career as a fully qualified sports dietitian and nutritionist.

I dedicate part of my time to supporting cancer patients on their road to recovery through my work with the NHS.

I’m also deeply engaged as a performance nutritionist at the University of the West of England, where I empower performance athletes to achieve their peak performance through optimal nutrition strategies.

People deserve access to reliable health information.

That’s why I’m consistently eager to expand my knowledge and expertise, knowing that each piece of information I acquire can make a difference in someone’s life.
